Mr Mista is one of Brisbane's most vibrant restaurant and bars, serving modern Asian fusion in the heart of the Fortitude Valley entertainment precinct.

We're on the hunt for a talented, experienced Chef de Partie to join our small, dedicated team; someone who is confident across all sections; can hold their own in a busy service; and someone who is eager to learn and further their career with a view to move into a Sous Chef position for the right candidate.

The successful chef with be organised, have good communication skills and preferably comes from a similar fast paced, modern restaurant, with a strong background in both Asian and contemorary Australian cuisines.

As a five day a week business serving dinner daily, the applicant will be have a consistently regular roster with set regular Monday/Tuesday RDO's, as well as be available as required for any additional functions and events outside these hours.
