We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper for a well established plumbing business experiencing growth and expansion.

Report directly to the director with the full and ongoing support of the external accountants. The successful applicant will work within a team environment to maintain the company's key accounting records to a high standard. Responsible for Accounts payable and receivable, bank account reconciliation and Payroll etc

Key Responsibilities

Managing day to day accounting transactions, payable and receivable

Liaising with external accountant for annual accounts and tax queries

Bank reconciliation and preparing and lodging BAS

Project management

Credit control of overdue payments

Processing payroll and related payroll tasks

Basic HR administrative tasks

Ability to take responsibility and be accountable for workload

Excellent written and verbal communication along with the ability to solve problems

Time management and prioritisation skills

Bachelor of Business Degree / Diploma in accounting a bonus
