We are currently on the hunt for an experienced part-time (0.6) Bookkeeper for our client, who provides accounting, bookkeeping and financial planning advice to their clients.

Based in Dingley/Braeside you will be responsible for the day-to-day functions expected of an experienced Bookkeeper. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Reconciling accounts and keeping financial records

Processing payments and handling daily banking activities

Identifying data irregularities to management

Generating invoices and receipts

Preparing and lodging business activity statements (BAS)

Producing balance sheets, statements and other financial reports

Using bookkeeping software, spreadsheets and databases

Preparation of fortnightly/weekly pay cycles for both employees and sub-contractors

Working within small and compact operation, you will be someone who is experienced in the art of Bookkeeping as well an independent and autonomous operator

The successful individual will be:

Experienced in the use of accounting packages, Xero, Quickbooks etc

Seeking a part time role - approx 25hrs per week

Demonstrated working history as a Bookkeeper

Seeking part time work - approximately 3 days per week or spread over 5 days you choose!
