Digital Marketing Specialist - Leading Retail Client

Our client is a major player in the retail space, with a rapidly expanding global footprint and a strong presence across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take charge of a high-value supplier partnership and drive end-to-end digital campaign execution.

In this dynamic position, you'll act as the primary digital contact for one of the client's key supplier brands-developing and delivering integrated campaigns across paid search, social media, display advertising, email, and onsite activations. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day relationship with a major supplier, managing expectations and campaign outcomes.
• Craft tailored digital strategies that align with commercial objectives and brand goals.
• Leverage platforms such as GA4, Power BI, Looker, Google Ads, DV360, SA360, and Meta to monitor and optimise campaign performance.
• Deliver regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams across UX, creative, media, and buying to bring campaigns to life on time and on budget.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or media activation roles.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising channels, performance tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Highly organised with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Previous experience within the FMCG, beauty, or retail sectors is a bonus.
