About the Role:
As a Business Reporting & Systems Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with senior leaders to optimise reporting systems, develop performance dashboards, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards for data visualisation.
• Manage program and system enhancements in an agile, backlog-driven environment.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for system users.
• Act as a key advisor on system project decisions, addressing inefficiencies.
• Lead CRM (Monday) enhancements and improvements.
• Continuously explore and implement innovative technical solutions.
• Present technical insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Experience in Excel, program data maintenance, and documentation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with accuracy.
• Experience collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• BSM experience is highly preferable.
• Relevant export documentation or logistics qualification is advantageous.
• Pronto system knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications / Technology:

• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualisation.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday).
• Strong aptitude for adopting and implementing new technologies.
• Technical proficiency to manage system enhancements and agile backlogs.
