Description

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments
• Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Contribute to the development of efficient accounting systems and processes

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Officer should have:

• Minimum 2 years experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role previously.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, knowledge of Units software is preferred
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
