We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cladding Foreman to lead our installation teams on upcoming commercial and industrial projects across Bendigo and the surrounding region. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a background in cladding systems and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise cladding teams on-site

· Oversee the installation of metal roofing, insulated panels, and architectural cladding systems

· Interpret and communicate technical drawings and plans to team members

· Maintain compliance with all WHS regulations and ensure safe work practices, particularly at heights

· Coordinate materials, tools, and site logistics to ensure smooth project delivery

· Act as a key point of contact between site teams, project managers, and clients

· Identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain project momentum

· Travel to regional sites and work away from home when required

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (not mandatory, but highly regarded):

· Proven experience in cladding installation with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role

· Knowledge of metal and insulated panel systems

· OHS Construction Induction (White Card)

· High Risk Work Licence (Boom Lift)

· EWP and Working at Heights certifications

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

· Current Driver’s Licence

· Trade qualifications in building or roof plumbing (preferred)
