We’re looking for someone who can balance urgency and high standards, and who can jump in and help others in the company when it’s needed. You’ll be a positive individual who finds satisfaction in ticking things off and getting them done.

We want someone with superb organization and verbal communication skills preferably qualified in landscape construction and if you’re love working and developing with people, that’s even better. To fit into the organization, you will definitely be a team player, yet be able to work independently. You'll be able to bring your previous experience and expertise to take the burden running of sites off our Project Management team and to develop and improve our onsite systems.

The Opportunity

An opportunity to be part of a friendly and close-knit team, where your supervisor and coordination skills will be critical in delivering our projects to our clients.

This role will be focused on assisting our project team on organising staff, material, coordination with clients and other trades, quality control, training, working on to tools, co ordination with Project teams on s site level this is a hands on site role working beside your team

Experience

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

3+ years experience in commercial landscape industry preferably qualified

Experience working with tier 1, 2 or 3 builders

Experience supervising and working hands on with landscape projects.

White card and working with children check (these can be obtained at a later date)

Ability to work away at times when projects are out of town

Machine & Truck experience

commercial Irrigation experience

writing reports and planning
