About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to join our team at JNS Landscapes and Pools ,Perth. This is a full-time position where you will oversee the delivery of high-quality landscaping projects and ensure the smooth running of our on-site operations.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate a team of landscapers to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards

Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely project completion

Manage the daily workflow, allocate tasks, and provide guidance and support to the landscaping team

Monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues that may arise on site

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Contribute to the planning and coordination of upcoming projects

Assist with the training and development of less experienced team members

What we're looking for

Significant experience as a Landscape Foreman or Site Supervisor in the construction industry or Swimming Pool installation experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and liaise with clients

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities to coordinate multiple tasks and projects

Knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and industry best practices

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Relevant qualifications in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field would be highly regarded

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
