The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Senior Hospitality Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee front-of-house operations, lead and mentor a dedicated service team, and help deliver memorable experiences across our dining areas, bar, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to members and guests

Supervise and support front-of-house operations across daily dining, bar, and functions

Lead, train, and motivate staff to uphold service excellence

Manage rostering, stock levels, and daily floor operations within budgeted guidelines

Ensure accurate POS use, cash handling, and reporting

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability and pride in service

Liaise with kitchen and events teams to coordinate functions, weddings, and golf days

Uphold all RSA, food safety, OH&S, and club compliance standards

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a club, hotel, or restaurant environment in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

A genuine passion for hospitality; a warm, welcoming personality and a strong service orientation

High standards for presentation, and operational efficiency

A hands-on, proactive approach and strong attention to detail

Current RSA and knowledge of food safety practices

Wine knowledge is a plus, but not essential

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
