Paulie's Corner Cafe is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be available weekends and public holidays, position is no nights or split shifts. Set roster with two consecutive days off., 40 hour week with Friday and Saturdays off.

Barista experience advantageous

Must have previous hospitality experience, preferably as a supervisor or management

Assist with overseeing and supervising day to day operations on the floor, ensuring daily service is ran to a high standard

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and be a role model for our team and showcase professional industry skills in a friendly and genuine manner. Consistently encourage a supportive, positive and fun workplace for all employees

Manage staff performance, provide constructive feedback as required, identify weaknesses and provide training as appropriate - escalate to management where applicable.
