Our client is a national builder well known for delivering large and diverse projects throughout Australia. A very well known name in the industry with high level talent throughout the business our client is looking for the best of the best to join the team and take ownership of a new build health project.

Whilst our client has a diverse portfolio and projects generally ranging from $20m - $200m+ you will be initially joining a team to deliver a new health project with a well resourced team with a loyal subcontractor base.

The Role

• A Senior CA or Contracts Administrator to join a team deliver a $150m+ health project from the start
• Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
• Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
• Monthly budget management and reporting

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
• A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
