We are hiring an Intermediate Contract Administrator to join a Top Tier Builder in Sydney.

With a proven track record in delivering complex, high-value builds, our client offers the opportunity to work on prestigious developments in the heart of Sydney's CBD.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end contract administration, supporting project delivery from procurement through to final accounts, ensuring commercial outcomes are maximised and risks are mitigated.

Ideal Candidate:

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial construction projects

Exposure to Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractors preferred

Proven experience on large-scale commercial builds (ideally $50M+)

Strong attention to detail, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
