Our client is an employer of choice in the market. They are currently looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join their team working on projects ranging up to $40m. This opportunity gives an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator the opportunity to work over a large variety of project types ranging from Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Apartments. Our client is a very well resourced and experienced team that is known to have some of the best team culture in Brisbane.

The Role

• A Contracts administrator role where you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and oversee all CA responsibilities for a diverse range of fit out projects
• Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
• Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
• Monthly budget management and reporting
• Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget.

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
• A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
