About the role

Join our talented team at Fiducian Financial Services in our New Lambton office as a full-time Client Services Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, ensuring their financial planning needs are met with the utmost professionalism and care, whilst organising our support team and liaising with the Financial Planners.

What you'll be doing

Manage workflows for our large portfolio of clients by assisting and managing our Client Service Team

Assist in the preparation of financial plans for our clients in consultation with our Financial Planners

Oversee workflows for client reviews, appointments, ad-hoc work and client enquiries

Assist the Director in managing the overall office environment and promoting efficiency in procedures

Liaise with internal and external teams, such as financial planning, administration and compliance, to ensure the delivery of high-quality services

Maintain detailed client records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations

What we're looking for

Qualification/experience in Business Administration, Leadership & Management, or a related field

Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing financial services role

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide support to team members and organise of workflows to keep high volumes of work on track

Some understanding of financial products, services and financial advice regulatory requirements
