The Company
Our client, a well-established Top 100 Accounting Firm located in Balwyn, is seeking a skilled Client Services Officer to join their Wealth Management team.
The Role
Exciting opportunity for a proactive Client Services Officer to support clients, manage investments, and grow your career in a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare client welcome kits and finalise advice documents (SoAs, RoAs, client reviews).
Maintain and update client records in MYOB and Voyager.
Respond to client queries and assist with technical issues.
Process investment/insurance applications, fund transactions, and compliance documents.
Liaise with financial advisers, accountants, fund managers, and insurers.
Assist with general administrative duties, database updates, and reporting.
Support marketing initiatives and client engagement efforts.
Organise staff training, seminars, and internal meetings.
About you
2+ years similar experience within a Wealth Management Team.
Maintain agreed work hours and accurately record daily timesheets.
Strong computer skills and be proficient in software such as XPlan, MYOB, and Excel.
Excellent Communications skills to effectively interact with clients and wider team.
