This is a fantastic opportunity for a CSM who is looking for genuine career progression, with a clear pathway to becoming an Associate Adviser.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Contacting insurance companies and fund managers to gather information about clients' existing products

Completing insurance application forms on behalf of clients and managing their progress

Requesting, collating, and reviewing information from existing and new clients

Maintaining the CRM to ensure the database is accurate and complete

Responding to ad hoc questions and requests from clients

Liaising with internal team members to gather information to complete a client review

Following up on client requests in a timely and professional manner

General administration to support team members

Skills needed:

At least 2 years of experience in financial planning is preferred

Strong communication skills – written and verbal

Enthusiasm to support clients – no request is too small or intrusive

Passion for being part of a successful team environment

Desire to grow within the business and progress into an Associate Adviser role

Professional demeanour, reliability, and a strong work ethic

Ability to anticipate colleague and client needs
