About the role

Fusion Plast Australia are excited to offer a rare opportunity to work in our Brand-New Warehouse within a tight-knit team, which requires a highly self-motivated and dynamic individual, with a 'Can Do' attitude who can work autonomously. You will have the opportunity to join a fun, vibrant and fast growing organisation where there will be opportunities for future growth. This role will be reporting directly to our Branch Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Unloading containers, trucks and checking inward goods

Picking, packing and checking of outgoing orders

Loading trucks and containers with forklifts

Excellent customer service skills and assisting customers with pickups

Communication & co-operation with management, supervisors and other employees

Storing and packing of products in accordance with appropriate procedures and regulations

Site housekeeping, upkeep and maintenance duties as required

Active participation in maintaining and supporting workplace health and safety

Ability to work as a team as well as unsupervised

Skills and experience

Australian/New Zealand citizen or valid working visa (essential)

Current drivers' licence (essential)

Forklift licence (essential)

Warehousing experience (essential)

Physically fit and healthy as this is a very active role and manual labour is required

High attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously, with high efficiency to be able to meet deadlines

Ability to adhere to safe working practices

Team player, reliable and punctual

Highly motivated with great work ethic

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to use basic Microsoft Office Suite and internet freight booking portals

Exposure to Online Warehouse Management system is an advantage
