You'll work across a balanced portfolio of BAU, maintenance, and new development. This isn't a fast-moving dev shop chasing trends. It's a steady, structured environment where your experience in keeping systems running and improving is genuinely valued.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, and develop enterprise web applications that deliver essential services

Investigate and troubleshoot software issues, manage patches/releases

Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams

Write clean, reliable code and clear technical documentation

Work across .NET Core, SQL Server, and React front ends

Operate within modern DevOps practices (CI/CD) with opportunities to contribute to cloud adoption (Azure)

Key Skills & Experience

Strong .NET Core/full stack development

SQL Server expertise (queries, optimisation, troubleshooting)

Experience working on web-based applications in enterprise environments

Familiarity with React front ends (or willingness to work alongside front-end teams)

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines

Comfortable with a balance of BAU, maintenance, and new project work

Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship is essential
