Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to manage, maintain, and enhance software systems and technical environments that enable effective service delivery to city staff, communities, and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in web-based application development and support in a high-demand organisation.
• Intermediate skills in server management and experience with T-SQL and common database tasks.
• Solid understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CI/CD methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work outside of business hours when necessary.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft .NET certification in application development tools.
