Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

An innovative financial services technology team is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their growing product engineering group. This role plays a critical part in designing and delivering scalable, cloud-based applications that drive data intelligence across the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain modern cloud-native applications using a full stack approach.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and multi-year technical vision across new and existing platforms.
• Drive engineering excellence by following coding standards, Agile practices, and DevOps principles.
• Translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to bring robust and innovative solutions to life.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to uplifting team capabilities across modern development practices.
• Lead improvements to system efficiency and scalability, including enhancements to internal processes and data infrastructure.
• Support release management, tooling, and technology selection, including building proofs-of-concept for emerging tools and approaches.

Tech Stack & Tooling:

• Backend: C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework Core, T-SQL
• Frontend: Angular (v11/12+), TypeScript, SCSS, HTML5, Angular Material
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (App Services, API Management, Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL DB, Logic Apps, ADF, Databricks)
• DevOps & Source Control: Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

About You:

• 15+ years of experience in software development, with solid exposure to both frontend and backend technologies.
• Deep experience working in Agile product teams with a focus on collaboration and iterative delivery.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to senior business leaders.
• Comfortable balancing technical depth with pragmatic delivery.
• You’re intellectually curious, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:
Experience in data-driven platforms or business intelligence environments.
Familiarity with microservices and cloud-first architecture patterns.
