The role of Restaurant Manager will require you to maintain a high level of service while supervising a team of 5 to 10+ during shifts at a medium to large scale restaurant with a cult-like following through platforms such as DoorDash and Uber Eats, where it is a go-to for takeout.
The group has been incredibly successful at transitioning hospitality leaders from cafes, pubs, quick-service restaurants, and hotels.
At this business, you will learn how to manage shifts at the highest level while also gaining the skills to run a business unit. This company goes the extra mile to upskill its leaders and set them on the path to managing a business unit independently.

The Candidate
- Previous Restaurant Manager experience is essential, preferably within QSR, Pubs or Casual Dining
- A leader who can truly coach and inspire others in fast-caed and results driven environment
- You excel working in systematic environments that have well defined procedures
- Strong people and performance management skills, able to co-manage end to end processes and troubleshoot team performance issues
- A genuine interest and appreciation for casual dining concepts
