About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations — planning, organizing, and leading day-to-day service. Reporting to the Venue Manager and working closely with the leadership team, you’ll bring our vision to life by ensuring smooth, professional, and memorable service from opening day onward.

This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to leave your mark on a brand-new concept in an exciting, high-profile setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead daily service operations, ensuring the highest standards at every touchpoint.

Oversee staffing levels, table allocations, and mise en place to prepare for service periods and events.

Deliver hands-on leadership during peak periods to support and inspire the team.

Welcome and oversee service for VIP guests.

Handle customer feedback and resolve any service or quality issues swiftly.

Manage stock ordering, inventory control, and receiving processes.

Prepare staff rosters and manage scheduling to ensure coverage.

Coach and mentor your team to achieve excellence in service and professionalism.

Collaborate with the Head Chef and Bar Manager to promote menus and train front-of-house staff.

Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and marketing activities to maximize revenue.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS), hygiene, and quality standards.

Foster strong relationships both inside and outside the venue to build a vibrant and loyal community.

Contribute ideas, energy, and passion to make this opening a huge success!

About You

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

2+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a busy, Hatted venue.

A proven track record of leading, inspiring, and growing teams.

Confidence in using POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.

A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Coolness under pressure, with the ability to make clear decisions quickly.

Integrity, professionalism, and a drive to go above and beyond.
