The Role
As restaurant manager, you will be running all of the food operations from a la carte restaurant, bistro and functions and managing a passionate team. You will be mentored by a supportive General Manager to run all the day to day of the business and work autonomously. You will also be responsible with all the financial, rostering, hiring, training and managing the floor.
An ideal candidate
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or senior Assistant Manager in an A la Carte setting
- Understanding of budgets, rosters, orders and stock management
- A passion for customer service and driving a team in all aspects of service with a smile
- Be a hands on Manager that can take charge and be part of and lead a small team
