About the role
APROMO TRADING' is looking for a highly organised and adaptable Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Rhodes, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions and providing support to the wider team and to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate a range of administrative tasks ensuring customer satisfaction by efficient, precise and timely communication.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including the sales team by providing exceptional customer service and support
Support the leadership team by organising meetings, maintaining schedules, and managing correspondence
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and productivity
Supervise and mentor a team of administrative staff including the customer service team ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to complete their assigned tasks.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure the smooth running of the office
Procure and manage office supplies, equipment and services.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience in an office management or administrative supervisory role
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and office management software
Adaptable and flexible, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Demonstrated experience in team leadership and mentoring
Knowledge of office administration best practices and procedures
