About You

You’re sharp with the details, tech-savvy, and highly organised in how you manage your day. Ideally, you bring real estate experience and a genuine interest in property investment and wealth creation.
You’ll also bring:
Experience in real estate transactions (property management, conveyancing, or similar)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication
Excellent time management and structured work habits
The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
A proactive, driven mindset and professional work ethic
A genuine interest in real estate and investing
About the Role
This full-time, work-from-home role is ideal for someone who wants to play a key part in a high-performing, tight-knit team that values excellence, accountability, and meaningful client outcomes. You’ll manage the end-to-end post-contract process and provide essential support to the Buyer’s Agents and Directors. We’re looking for someone who is focused on succeeding in their career, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering results within a structured, full-focus role.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the full contract-to-settlement process
Supporting the team with administrative tasks
Coordinating pre-settlement inspections
Sending property proposals to prospective clients
Managing client inquiries and correspondence
Updating website content
Overseeing marketing and social media activity
Selection Criteria
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Experience in real estate, property management, or conveyancing
A sharp eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
A strong sense of accountability and pride in your work
A passion for helping clients grow their wealth through property
