About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Agent 2IC to join our clients high-performing real estate team with one of the best Agents in Sydney. In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Lead Agent to manage and grow their thriving residential sales business as their right hand person. Your role as an agent 2IC is to ensure you assist with running property campaigns to their fullest and leaving no stone unturned when it comes to selling the properties listed in your lead agents team. You will be heavily rewarded for this role with a base salary plus commissions on all transactions within this team, it is the BEST role for real estate agents who thrive in buyer work and wish to work as a real estate agent and enjoy the hustle of the industry.

What you'll be doing

Assist the Lead Agent in managing all listings

Your main focus will be buyer management, your lead agent lists and you sell what they list

Volume of properties sold Per Annum, 100+ properties

Generate new sales leads and convert them into listings and successful transactions

Conduct property inspections, prepare market appraisals and negotiate sales agreements

Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless operations and client experiences

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales strategies

What we're looking for

2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales, with a proven track record of success

Our Agent is seeking an individual with full function real estate sales experience

Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with a diverse range of clients

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative and drive

Proficiency in using real estate software and digital marketing tools

A commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
