About the Role

As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing day-to-day service operations, ensuring quality care delivery, and maintaining compliance within the NDIS framework. This is a dynamic, hands-on position requiring a proactive and empathetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate HR, finance, payroll, and rostering functions

Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, culturally appropriate services

Ensure compliance with all NDIS and regulatory requirements

Engage directly with clients and families to support goal achievement and satisfaction

Implement and monitor service delivery improvements

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support operational success

Requirements

Proven experience in the NDIS sector

Strong understanding of mental health, complex needs, and trauma-informed care

Demonstrated experience working with Indigenous clients and communities

Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills

Experience in HR, finance, rostering, and payroll management

Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Business, or related fields (desirable)
