Are you an emerging leader with a passion for learning and growth? Nexdor Systems is seeking an Operations Manager to help drive our factory operations forward in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Salary Package: $90K - $110K + Super

Key Responsibilities Include:

Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day factory operations, including production scheduling and resource planning.

Team Leadership: Support and guide our production team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Quality & Safety: Ensure all production activities meet our high standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
