We are seeking a proactive and organised Manager to lead our experienced team in Brookvale with a focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and growth.
To be successful in this role you will be experienced with managing and leading a team, you will have exceptional communication skills, strong financial management, and a passion for high quality service delivery.
Our Brookvale showroom is open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4pm

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee all operational aspects while taking a leading role in expanding our revenue streams, distribution network, and service offerings. You will be welcomed into a close knit, collaborative team that is eager to support the business as it enters this new phase of management. Together, we aim to achieve operational excellence and continue building on our strong reputation in the Northern Beaches.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Expansion:
Identify and secure new business opportunities and avenues for growth
Build strategic partnerships to expand our customer base and develop innovative service offerings.
Operational Optimisation:
Support and build a strong relationship with your team and our clients.
Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across showroom operations, distribution and warehousing operations.
Apply management principles to streamline workflows and enhance overall performance.
Customer Service Excellence:
Maintain and enhance our reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
Adaptability & Innovation:
Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the business evolves with market demands and customer expectations.
About You
To excel in this role, you will need:
Proven track record of managing a business branch or equivalent within the tile/flooring/stone/bath ware industry.
Demonstrated success in driving business growth, developing new revenue streams, and building strategic partnerships.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled at managing multiple priorities.
Exceptional problem solving skills with the ability to provide solutions.
Strong leadership qualities in motivating and leading a team to success.
A commitment to going the extra mile to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves.
Current driver's license
