About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Content Creator / Content Marketing Specialist to join our team part-time. This role is heavily content-focused — you’ll work closely with and support the creative lead behind Vuoi’s digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, EDMs, and more.

You’ll help bring our vision to life by creating engaging, on-brand content that connects with our audience and supports the growth of our online community. This role also involves collaboration on campaign planning, content scheduling, performance analysis and in-store sales.

If you're a visual storyteller with a sharp creative eye, digital marketing know-how, and a deep understanding of the Australian audience, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Create short-form video content, reels, and TikTok videos that are visually compelling and emotionally engaging

Design graphics and visual assets for EDMs, ads, and digital storytelling (using Canva or Adobe Suite)

Edit and optimise video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

Write captions, email copy, and brand-aligned content that feels stylish, warm, and intentional

Assist in planning content calendars and campaign execution

Help monitor content performance and apply insights to improve future output

Support with in-store sales, events, content shoots, and community-driven activations

You’ll Bring:

Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent)

Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

A strong creative eye and attention to detail

Experience with social media tools like Klaviyo, Meta, and Shopify

A deep understanding of Australian audiences and lifestyle trends

Confidence working across concept, creation, and delivery

A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills

Desirable Extras (Not Required, But Valued):

🌟 Retail sales experience — especially in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle sectors
🌟 Familiarity with customer journeys or e-commerce optimisation
🌟 Passion for storytelling, branding, and building meaningful digital communities
