With a growing portfolio of high-value projects across Adelaide and beyond, we are seeking a Commercial Ceilings and Partitions Estimator to join our team in a full-time, office-based role.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator with proven experience in commercial ceilings and partitions. Based in our Adelaide office, this full-time position is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of tendering for large-scale commercial projects and work collaboratively within a professional and down-to-earth team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for ceiling and partition systems

Interpret architectural drawings and project specifications

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing

Identify materials, labour, and timelines for each project

Submit tenders within required deadlines

Collaborate with project managers during the pre-construction phase

Utilise estimating software to streamline and enhance bid quality

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial ceilings and partitions estimating

Proven track record on large-scale commercial projects

Solid knowledge of aluminium windows, doors, door framing, Autex, and associated systems

Proficient in Estimator One (essential)

Familiarity with Procore and/or Autodesk/AutoCAD (highly desirable)

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
