Position in a nutshell:

As Commercial Estimating Manager within the Commercial Division of the business, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial General Manager and Commercial Sales Manager to deliver on the sales targets and divisional revenue budgets across all products and divisions. You will also have direct responsibility to assist the Commercial Sales Manager with pipeline management and ensure sales & revenue pipelines are growing month-on-month and accurate. Additionally, it is vital that you communicate & manage the estimating and quoting process, including overseeing the work and progress of other estimators in the team, to ensure our client deliver on time and accurate quotations.

Ideal Experience:

Proven estimating experience in the building industry – realistically min 3 years in a similar role

Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering

Knowledge in Australian Standards Such as AS3600, AS4100, AS4600, AS1664 AS2159, AS1170 and AS4678 would be beneficial

Forward thinking, progressive, dynamic self-starter who has excellent interpersonal and time management skills

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with the following software or internet-based programs - MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Salesforce
