What We’re Looking For

Licensed Mechanical Plumber (or close to sign-off) or apprenticehips welcome
Experience with HVAC systems: split, multi, and ducted installs
Tools, transport, and a strong work ethic
Able to work autonomously and communicate clearly
Pride in your workmanship and a problem-solving mindset
Willingness to grow with a business and see the long-term picture

What You’ll Be Doing

Full installations of HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)

Reading and interpreting plans from our design team

Coordinating on-site with builders and clients

Ensuring systems are installed to compliance and tested

Liaising with our Sydney-based office team for job scheduling and materials
