About the role

We are currently seeking a fully qualified Air conditioning installer/ technician and/or mechanical plumber to join our dedicated team. Whether you have recently qualified or have over 3 years of post-apprenticeship experience. This is your opportunity to develop hands-on skills and become a part of one of Melbourne’s best Mechanical services and air conditioning contractor.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

Install, maintain, and repair a range of air conditioning units

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning unit, and implement effective solutions

Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal system performance

Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients

Comply with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up to date with industry trends and technologies

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar position you'll have/be:

Formal qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, such as a Certificate iii in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or Certificate ii in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

VBA Mechanical plumbing registration and refrigerant handling license (up to 18kw)

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident – sponsorship requests may be considered

3 years of hands-on experience as an installer, preferably in a commercial and residential environment.

Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand scope of work in terms of installation perspective.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients

A valid driver's licence and related tickets.

Must have work with children card.

Be willing to take a national police check.
