You will join our HVAC division, we are an expanding company servicing end to end solutions to Melbourne homes and businesses across the Government rebate sector we are fully accredited provide. If you're a qualified Refrigeration mechanic or mechanical plumber with strong install experience, and you're ready to step into a senior role with leadership opportunities — this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Install, test and commission a wide range of air conditioning systems

Service and maintain existing units to keep them running at their best

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure systems meet standards

Work directly with clients, suppliers, and team members to deliver great outcomes

Support and mentor junior installers and apprentices

Maintain accurate records and update job progress

What We’re Looking For

Trade qualified in HVAC or Mechanical Plumbing

VBA Licence – Refrigerated air-conditioning – restricted to intermediate system

Refrigerated Air Conditioning (RAC01 )

Minimum 3 years of on-the-tools install experience

Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, from install to servicing

Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Good communicator who can liaise with clients and team

Able to work both independently and as part of a crew

Full, current driver’s licence required
