About the role

We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician to join our Croft Contracting Service Division. This full-time, permanent role is based in Keysborough, Victoria and will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' HVAC systems.

What you'll be doing

Provide preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment

Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Install new HVAC equipment according to industry standards and regulations

Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work carried out

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, such as a Certificate III or equivalent

Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience as an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician

Strong technical skills in fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair of HVAC systems

Familiarity with a range of refrigerants and ability to handle them safely

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with customers

A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

A current driver's licence
