About us:

We are a busy cafe in Port Macquarie located within Sea Acres Rainforest. We seat over 130 with both inside and outside dining. We currently are a team of 15 and are open 7 days from 9am until 4pm, including public holidays.

We are seeking a casual/part time BARISTA/front of house member to join our team. Do you have experience in a busy fast paced environment and have a passion for coffee…then we want to hear from you!

Must have:

Knowledge and understanding of the process behind a great coffee with at least 12 months experience in a previous position as a Barista

Excellent communication and language skills

Ability to problem solve and multi task

A positive attitude with attention to detail

a ‘people person’ personality - love talking and interacting with different types of people

Ideally you will have (but not essential):

Previous customer service experience

Drivers License and own transport

The ideal person for this position will be available to work across a 7 day roster - 4-5 days per week between the hours of 8:30am and 4pm. No nights! Weekend work is required however a rotating weekend roster will be discussed with suitable applicants.
