About the role
We are seeking a talented FOH all rounder to join our team at Pipers By The Lake, a popular cafe and Restaurant located on the beautiful Lake Wendouree.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive dining experience

Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty coffee beverages to our customers

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

Following all health and safety protocols

Contributing to a positive team dynamic and supporting your colleagues

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a FOH all rounder & or barista or in a similar hospitality role

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation

Available to work evening weddings, functions & events.

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
