About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Strategy Manager to take the reins of our growth engine. You’ll lead our high-performing Property Investment Strategists, refine the systems that drive success, and ensure that clients are always at the heart of what we do.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and Sales Operations Manager to develop and execute sales growth strategies, improve enquiry-to-sale conversions, and streamline the entire sales lifecycle. You’ll also play a key role in driving property acquisition, ensuring that the stock we present creates real competitive advantage for our clients — through smarter selection, timing, and alignment with market conditions.

You’ll take ownership of how enquiries are qualified, nurtured, and progressed, including leading the sales qualification function and shaping the full journey from first click to signed contract. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to drive results, build people up, and create momentum with strategy, data and a clear vision.

What You’ll Lead

Sales Leadership
Lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team of Property Investment Strategists, empowering them to deliver consistently high value and strong conversion - always acting in the customer’s best interest.

Process Strategy & Execution
Work alongside the Sales Operations Manager to build scalable, data-driven sales processes and tools. You’ll optimise how leads move through the funnel, streamline the handover from marketing, and ensure a seamless experience from enquiry through to settlement.

Enquiry Conversion & Qualification
Own the full enquiry-to-sale lifecycle, including leading the sales qualification function. You’ll set the rhythm for speed-to-lead, implement nurture frameworks, and ensure strong conversion at every stage.

Property Acquisition Collaboration
Work to influence and support property acquisition, aligning customer demand with supply. You’ll help drive smart stock decisions, working collaboratively to ensure we’re delivering on value, location, and investment potential — creating a clear edge for our clients in the market.

Customer Journey & Investment Strategy
Collaborate with marketing and operations to shape a customer journey that’s clear, supportive, and empowering. You’ll make sure your team delivers real, unbiased advice that supports smart, long-term investment decisions.

Market Insight & Data-Driven Positioning
Stay close to property trends, buyer behaviour, and competitor movements. Use insights to fine-tune conversations, campaigns, and conversion. Your understanding of the market won’t just keep us relevant — it will keep us ahead.

Forecasting & Pipeline Management
Know the numbers: performance tracking, conversion metrics, and pipeline health. You’ll turn insights into action, ensuring visibility and growth across the business.

Recruitment & Team Development
Attract, hire, and mentor Strategists who align with our mission and values. Build a team culture based on transparency, performance, and customer-first thinking.

Who You Are

You’ve spent at least 5 years in investment or property sales, with a proven track record of selling new builds or off-the-plan properties

Whether you’re already in a leadership role or ready to take that next step, you’re looking for a company where you can grow, lead, and make an impact.

You understand property investment cycles and market trends, and you know how to apply those insights to help both your team and your clients make informed, confident decisions.

You’re experienced in optimising enquiry conversions, leading sales qualification, and managing the entire enquiry-to-sale lifecycle with structure and consistency.

You bring a sharp eye for market data and stock alignment, using it to inform sales strategies and ensure your team is always positioned for success.

You’ve consistently exceeded targets and are ready to help others do the same through process, coaching, and accountability.

You know how to collaborate (especially across functions) and you’re excited to work closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Operations Manager to unlock scalable growth and shared success.
