The Role

As Sales Manager for our Automotive Referral Division, you will:

Lead and motivate a growing team of brokers to consistently exceed targets

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive division growth

Manage and expand relationships with our existing referral network

Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to streamline processes and elevate service delivery
