Your Role
Reports to the senior leadership team, and coordinates the manufacture, installation and servicing of products to meet and exceed customer requirements. Independently responsible for the performance of the business unit comprising manufacturing, customer service and on-site labour, with core job focus including:

• Managing daily workforce ensuring resources are utilised in a productive, cost effective and efficient manner
• Driving production, supply chain and installation processes to meet schedules and deadlines whilst reducing re-work or warranty works
• Collaborating with various departments including Sales, Purchasing, Design and Finance and report to senior leadership as required
• Developing, review and execute budgets pertaining to your business unit, whilst continuously improving and championing waste reduction and resource utilisation
• Ensuring adequate materials, machinery and labour are efficient and meet customer requirements

Other Details
The position is onsite, full-time and offers outstanding support by senior leadership. Hours are reasonable, roughly 6.30am – 3pm with a healthy work-life balance and occasional out of hours responsibilities.

About You

• A hands-on, proactive and analytical leader enthusiastic about achieving daily production targets
• Sound experience in Manufacturing, Engineering or Fabrication sectors
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills, workforce influence and strong commercial acumen
• Strong problem-solving skills, negotiation and customer management
• Confidence in reporting, using internal operating systems, MS365 and relevant technology
