OPERATIONS MANAGER – NLA TRUCKING

The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Operations Manager to oversee the full scope of our business operations, including fleet coordination, compliance, and team leadership. This role also includes contributing to sales and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both operational management and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, compliance, fleet and driver coordination in collaboration with our operations supervisor

Lead internal teams including operations and sales

Monitor overall business performance and drive improvements

Contribute to client management, quoting, and business development

Ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery of services

Report directly to the Company Director

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in transport, logistics, or civil construction operations

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Understanding of sales, quoting, and client relationships

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
