This is an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) Manager to join a high-performing operations team. This role is integral in aligning sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels to drive improved service delivery and supply chain performance.

About the Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the SI&OP process across key functions. Your focus will be to ensure seamless integration of sales and operations planning, improve forecast accuracy, and support inventory strategy to meet DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the SI&OP process across departments and stakeholders
• Develop accurate demand forecasts through data analysis and statistical modelling
• Evaluate historical sales trends and demand drivers to improve forecast performance
• Reconcile variances through cross-functional collaboration and continuous model refinement
• Work closely with market managers, site leads, and customer service to align capacity with demand
• Provide monthly insights on forecast accuracy and bias
• Support inventory planning to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain data integrity in SAP by managing key planning parameters
• Identify and implement process improvements across planning workflows
• Assist with any additional operational needs as required

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in scheduling within a complex fabrication or assembly environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments
• Certification in APICS or equivalent (essential)
• Experience working in SAP environments
