Are you looking for a role that fits in with school pick-ups, life commitments, or easing back into the workforce? We’re looking for someone reliable and proactive to join us as our Administration Assistant at our West Perth campus.
This role is available on a part time basis, with hours between 9:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday (although we are happy to be flexible on start/finish times for the right person).
This isn’t a corporate ladder-climbing role, but you’ll still receive plenty of support and training opportunities so it’s ideal for someone looking for stable and engaging work.
What You'll Do:
- Keep our kitchen and stationery supplies stocked and organised
- Occasional assistance with reception overflow, answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth, taking messages and passing on as required
- Assist with basic accounts admin for our internal training division (IDC Technologies)
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Organise staff travel and maintain our parking roster
- Make sure our first aid kit is up-to-date
- Support the coordination of staff meetings, training sessions, and internal events
- Arrange catering, order hampers, and help with group events
- Provide reception cover when needed
- Help with adhoc admin tasks as they pop up
- Occasional assistance to the Higher Education and HR teams as needed
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar admin/support role
- Confident with Office 365 – Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
- Someone who’s proactive, solutions-focused, has a “can do” attitude and is happy to get their hands dirty on occasion
- Reliable and happy to jump in and help wherever needed
