ABOUT THE JOB
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients? Does the prospect of working with major global brands excite you? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative based in our Banyo Office working closely with SAMSUNG on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Customer Experience Representative at Tecworks, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the support and attention they deserve.
In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information. You will work with our main customer accounts and manage them to our exceptional standards. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Our ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help people!
ABOUT YOU
With your killer communication skills, you will explain technical concepts in simple terms, providing instructions, and documenting customer interactions.
You're collaborative and will work closely with technicians, service advisors, and other team members in office and across the country to coordinate repairs, communicate customer needs, and ensure smooth operations at the workshop.
To be successful you will also have:
Prior experience in a customer facing, service oriented role
Excellent organisation skills with a strong attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and solution-focused
A solid email and phone etiquette
Excellent planning and time management skills
Initiative
Prior experience in the IT, Mobile & Electronics industry is highly advantageous

Escalate cases to our partners fast
Be a wiz in booking in repairs and updating accordingly
Build strong relationships with our clients
Be everyone's favourite point of contact for repair service enquiries
