We are seeking a Real Estate Trust Accountant to work for our growing, well established real estate office with a friendly admin and trust accounting team.

Based in the CBD, you will be involving in residential Real Estate trust accounting, approx. 30 properties/month transactions, residential sales & leasing.

JOB DUTIES:

- Residential Sales & Rentals Trust Accounting
- Manage Trust Accounts
- Approx 30/transactions per month, mostly residential
- Reporting and other Trust Accounting duties if required
- Reporting to Directors & General Manager of the business

WHATS ON OFFER:
- $85,000 - $90,000 (open also dependent on your experience)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Prior experience in residential sales or leasing trust accounting for real estate,
- The desire to work in a friendly, inclusive team
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail, admin skills and Microsoft Office experience
- Prior experience using PME or Sales Trust software advantageous but not essential
