Join one of Perth’s most respected commercial real estate firms as a Company Accounts Manager / Bookkeeper and play a key role in their growing management team.

Based just 5 kilometres from Perth CBD, this well-established and highly regarded property investment and commercial real estate group is seeking an experienced Company Accounts Manager with trust accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations for a busy real estate agency

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Prepare and lodge BAS and IAS

Oversee all aspects of Payroll for two entities

Liaise with external Accountants regarding BAS, IAS, Payroll tax and year-end processes

Manage Trust accounts in accordance with industry regulations

Maintain accurate financial records across a group of privately held entities

Support commercial property investment and development activities

Collaborate with management on financial reporting and compliance

About You:

Demonstrated success in a similar bookkeeping role

Proficient in MYOB and REST software (experience with both will be highly regarded)

Good understanding of trust accounting principles

Experience with payroll processing and superannuation compliance (desirable)

Meticulous attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills

Capable of working independently, while also being a collaborative team player
