The Opportunity
Our client is a leading boutique real estate agency dedicated to delivering exceptional services and outstanding results. With a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and innovation, they specialize in premium property sales and property management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accounting graduate with 2-3 years’ experience in a broad account’s role. Real estate experience will be highly regarded.

The Challenge
Reporting into the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining general Business Accounts including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
• Managing trust accounts including marketing reconciliations
• Processing payroll
• Daily banking and reconciliations
• Settlements
• Financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flows etc.)

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest if you possess the following:

• 2-3 years' experience in a relevant role
• Bachelor's degree with a major in Finance or Accounting
• It is preferable that you have experience within the real estate or property sector, exposure to trusts accounting and have used Xero.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to confidently liaise with key stakeholders
