The Role:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced service-focused property manager to look after 2 small portfolios across the Sunshine Coast and North Lakes. You will handle everything from tenant and creditor interaction, leasing, inspections and maintenance.
This role is based at the Sunshine Coast office working within a fully supported environment.

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 Years Property Management experience

· Current Real Estate Certificate & current driving license

· Friendly, reliable and career-focused

· Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
